This is garlic that cannot be sold as quality garlic. It was damaged during harvest, harvested too late or just did not grow properly. Great garlic to use for pickling and cooking. Some people do plant it, however, that is not recommended. The varieties are all mixed in, so you will receive any of the 7 varieties. Sold in 1 lb increments.
