Georgian Fire (Porcelain)

Music (Porcelain)
A great roasting garlic with a moderately spicy flavor and is delicious when spread on crackers. This variety originated in Canada and got its name from the grower.

German Extra Hardy (Porcelain)
Great HOT flavor having a strong raw flavor that is high in sugar content, making it one of the best for roasting.

Chesnok Red (Purple Striped)
The cook’s best friend is this hardneck variety from the Republic of Georgia. Sweet, rich flavor when roasted and sautéed. Great in olive oil and salad dressings too.

Spanish Roja (Rocambole)
The heirloom garlic, originally known as Greek Blue Garlic. Sets the standard for true garlic flavor that is rich, hot-and-spicy flavor that lingers. Great for roasting, sautéing and eating raw.

German White (Porcelain)
A great roasting garlic with large cloves and moderately spicy. German immigrants brought this garlic to America more than 100 years ago.
