We enjoy the simple life here in the Southern Adirondack Champlain Valley, and we believe in keeping things simple, natural and pure, which is why – as you might’ve guessed – we chose the name Simply Garlic. In fact, garlic is our only crop.
Our garlic farm is located in Clemons NY on 200 acres in the picturesque Champlain Valley. Blessed with beautiful views of the Adirondack Mountains and rich, healthy soil, we have one of the few garlic farms in the region. With our long winters, wet cool springs and warm arid summers, the Adirondacks provide the ideal conditions for growing healthy, flavorful hardneck garlic.
Today, tomorrow and in the future, our commitment remains simple: to provide local farm stands, restaurants and families with the freshest, most flavorful, naturally grown table garlic and seed garlic in New York State.
About the Owners
Kim and her husband, Frank, are 2nd generation farmers and lifelong foodies with a great appreciation for the outdoors, and a dream of living close to the land. Inspired by Kim’s Dad, a hobby farmer who has grown garlic and other vegetables in the Adirondacks for more than 25 years, the Simply Garlic farm was established in 2020. In 2022, Kim decided to leverage her culinary skills to grow her business. She has created a range of irresistible garlic-based products that are distinct from the competition.
