Homemade Spaghetti Sauce

Creating your own spaghetti sauce has become incredibly effortless. You’ll regret all those times you settled for store-bought sauce instead of this delectable homemade version.  Just a handful of ripe Roma or plum tomatoes, a stove top, Simply Garlic’s Roasted Garlic Blend, and some Italian seasoning, you can whip up this mouthwatering sauce in minutes.

Simply crush up 12 Roma or plum tomatoes (I like to leave the skins on the tomatoes), in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.  Pour tomatoes into a stock pot, add a generous portion of olive oil to the crushed tomatoes, season with 3 tablespoons of our Roasted Garlic Blend, a pinch or two of Italian seasoning and simmer on the stove top for 40 minutes. VIOLA!  You now have a perfect homemade sauce ready in less than an hour.
