Sautéed
Zucchini with Fresh Garlic and Onion
Ready in 20 minutes
Serves 4 people
Ingredients
- 3 Medium Zucchini
- Fresh Sweet Onion
- 3 Cloves of Fresh Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons of Butter
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Tablespoon of Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
- Slice zucchini into half moon pieces
- Slice onion into pieces
- Dice fresh garlic
- Melt butter into pan under medium heat; saute onion and garlic until caramelized (light golden brown)
- Add the sliced zucchini to the pan
- Generously add salt and pepper
- Saute until the zucchini become slightly brown and semi soft
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
Tips
You can also use garlic butter or garlic scape butter in place of regular butter. Oh so good!
