Sautéed Zucchini with Fresh Garlic and Onion

Sautéed Zucchini with Fresh Garlic and Onion 

Ready in 20 minutes

Serves  4 people


  • 3 Medium Zucchini
  • Fresh Sweet Onion
  • 3 Cloves of Fresh Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon of Parmesan Cheese


  1. Slice zucchini into half moon pieces
  2. Slice onion into pieces 
  3. Dice fresh garlic 
  4. Melt butter into pan under medium heat;  saute onion and garlic until caramelized (light golden brown)
  5. Add the sliced zucchini to the pan
  6. Generously add salt and pepper
  7. Saute until the zucchini become slightly brown and semi soft
  8. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese 


You can also use garlic butter or garlic scape butter in place of regular butter.  Oh so good!
